My exhusband and his wife had divorced years prior to his death. I just talked to her recently about all this and warned her but she is not a part of his estate- being an exwife too.
I know I should have looked at my credit report sooner. I could swear that it was never on their when I bought my house. My daughter and I had an account and that was on the Credit report. I am going to fish through records to check though. Maybe I mistook my daughter's and my card for my ex husbands. What a mess I'm in.
