Tape Recording Your Persecutors Part 1

In a past post it is alleged that CAs tape record their conversations without requesting permission.

The purpose, which was not mentioned, would be to obtain proof that you acknowledge the debt and make an oral contract to pay.

Would like to hear here from anyone who has had that tactic used against them in legal action.

Where the action occurred.

Whether the recording was played or s transcript submitted.

If the court proceedings ever identified the STATE where the recording was made.
