Date of Last Activity vs. Last Reported

I just got a copy of my report, and I noticed there was no listing for "Date of Last Activity" but there was "Date Last Reported" It appears that, regardless of SOL, the OC can just keep reporting the item, thereby keeping it on the credit report indefinately...... Or am I missing something? David
