The phone call I received yesterday from Capital Aquisitions was the first I had ever heard of this way old debt. They had on record my old addresses as well as my current one and did not ever receive a letter of any kind. What should be the course of action given that I do not have an address of CAMCO, account number or original creditor for the debt at hand to make good reference to in a C & D letter.
