The FCRA requires that the OC file a report of your first delinquency prior to chargeoff. This is not always shown on your credit report. Your Experian report should show the removal date.

If there is a discrepancy you should dispute it as incorrect dates. If you have any recrds or bills to prove it, you can send a copy to the CRA's. If they insist that the CA has validated the dates, you can take further steps, IF YOU HAVE PROOF.
