First could someone take the time to answer my other 2 questions. I spend alot of time posting statutes here and would appreciate the same basic courtesy. Also, if a Ca says they sent letters and you never got them, can their statements hold up in court. Obviosly they cannot prove it since they never sent certified. Does anyone know a good caselaw site that I can search if their computer statements are admissable in court.
