If it is the common business pratice to send mail regular way, the court will likely accept the fact that it was mailed. I don't see anything in the FDCPA that requires either the ca or the consumer to send anything CRRR.

As to the computer printout. I can't help with any specific case law but, a lawyer friend of mine does some medical collections and he says he never has a problem with a computer printout if it is backed up with a statement from the attending or admitting physcian or, testmony from a doctors office manager or someone from a hospital's business office that can testify as to the accuracy of the printouts.
