scott -- THANK YOU for posting this link! http://www.legalsurvival.com/ Apparently the correct approach to CAMCO and its lawsuits for expired debt is DIRECT action against them? The one weak point is I am going to have to run the case down and then buy a transcript, something I recommend everyone with alleged debt where statutes have expired do as well. Debtors have not won all the battles by a long shot, and those decisions are also worth giving some thought to.
