Unfortunately, CAMCO does NOT state any dates in their demand letters. Aside from the usual 'unless you notify this office within 30 days... blah, blah, blah" paragraphs, there is nothng else. It seems they deliberately avoid dates, which doesn't surprise me in the least coming from pond scum !

I understand the burden of proof for the SOL is on us, that's what concerns me. Since my fiance has no old records and given CAMCO's new tactic of filing suits, proving the SOL w/o a lawyer if they DO sue will be difficult. Guess I just fire off this validation letter and hope they comply with the FDCPA and answer the questions, including dates !
