You are not getting any real "summons" you are way past the SOL everywhere,(the SOL in Va. is 3 yars).
You are most likely getting harrassed by one of the many scam collection agencies tht are coming out in sickening droves lately.
If they sent you a letter, (which I doubt) you can send them a cease and desist. If they actually are sending you something that has the appearance of a legal action, or threatening to do so on the phone,get their address, send them the SOL letter from my website, report them to the Va AG's office and the FTC.
