I have read hundreds of times the advice to send a C&D letter to stop calls, to tell them they may only communicate by MAIL. Now I'm being told that a C*D letter like this, even though it stipulates cessation of phone contact only, means ALL communication must stop, and then CA's will start to sue. Is this really how CA's interpret these stipulated C&D letters or is it still giving them the option of communication .. they just have to put up with the USPS ???
