I noticed that. Anyone know what a "clear release" is? I found one on case 2000 CVF 033096. It looks like the judgement has been satisfied so I don't know why there would be any kind of warrent out for the defendant.

I looked at dozens and dozens of cases and all I saw were default judgements, a few (VERY few) agreed entries and dismissals filed by asset acceptance. It doesn't look like these guys hardly ever do anyting where the plaintiff puts up a fight. I've been trying to find people who have faught them in court, but haven't got any replies. From what I have found on the internet about them, they are one of the worst bottom feeders out there.
