Hi.. After read some of the posts, I still confuse... Let's say my credit charged-off is dated 01/1997 then the SOL for California is UP (4 years???) that mean they can't sue me any more, right?? However, in my credit report will still have the items as charged-off until 2004.. then they will be deleted.. How about those debts that have been sold to the collection agency? Do they will be wipe off too? I do have a sear account that has been sold to the CA. (the original a/c dated 1998, the collection dated 2000) Thank you..
