12 cases out of 22 closed that I read summaries for today, only one defendant had a lawyer, I think. Defendant's motion to dismiss without prejudice was granted.

A couple more won dismissals or successfully fended off garnishment after judgment? I am new at reading this stuff ...

So there is some hope for folks who show up prepared even without a lawyer -- at least there is in Franklin County, OH.
