poor lawyer, That is exactly what i am afraid of.
right now i have great credit, no late payments, but i have a tremendous amount of credit card debt & all i am able to pay is min payments & i know i'll never pay them off like that.
I have nothing (of great value) to use for collateral and have been turned down for debt consolidation loans.
whats a person to do! thanks guy's
