OK, I found where I went the last time on the secretary of state's website. It was their license, not bond, that was withdrawn (my mistake). They applied for and received a new license directly after the old one was no longer valid.

What about bonding? I've tried to find bonding requirements in the ohio revised code but can't find it. Is a bond something that has to be on file with the state?
