what are you going to do if they do not send a letter?

1 -- get a real surprise if they win by default
2 -- get another if you don't attend a garnishment conference and at least submit a budget for basic living expenses
3 -- get the thrill of calling your boss and saying no, the car isn't in the shop it's just GONE!!!

There is nothing in the summary that indicates the age of the debt.

That is the trouble with summaries. Legal is so complex that the more lucid you attempt to make a summary or any other document, the more you have to leave you.

I really do with this site cited Case Names, etc., instead of just the Lexis reference number.
