You are correct, anything you paid to the CA after 6 years past your default to the OC was $$ down a rathole. The only thing you added to, was the time period for a permissable inquiry on your credit report from the CA. Mass is one of the many States that will not extend the SOL EVEN if a written agreement occurs.(glad you finally got the information I tried to e-mail you)
