That was hypothetical, and IF they have your current address, they have absolutely no excuse not to send mail to you at any other address.

I would advise keeping a very close watch on small claims and superior court filings and open cases in your present home town and anywhere else you have lived.

You might even be so nasty, if you are threatened with litigation because you move frequently, as to send the post offices at your previous addresses a fresh change of address packet, with instructions to forward all first class, certified, and registered mail.

Because if CRRR mail is sent FROM this organization, it will probably contain a Summons & Complaint.
