Well, yes and no.

If there are already judgments out there against you and they try to levy your car, they will see when, how much, and to whom the lien is for. Most states have statutes against "fraudulent transfers" i.e. transfers to escape creditors. A court can void such a transfer, and sometimes even impose civil or criminal penalties if they think you did it to get your car away from creditors.

If you don't have judgments out there, then you could probably get away with it.

Still, even if there are judgments out there, if you took the right steps you could keep a transfer from being voided. It would depend on the purpose of the transfer, the amount involved, and other things. I'm not going to tell you how to do that though. I could get in trouble for that.
