Frost National Bank in San Antonio, Texas stated that they will not allow me to transfer $ 2,000.00 from my personal checking account to open a Certificate of Deposit Account at Frost Bank based on a statement from ChexSystems. The statement from ChexSystems was not a credit report because there was no credit information on it.
