Not likely. As Observer said, if they have balances you MUST put them on your petition. If they don't the creditors will probably cancel them anyway as soon as they find your BK on your report.

Why would you want to keep them anyway ? That's what the 'fresh start' is all about.. learn to use cash for a while. You'll get flooded with cc offers afterwards anyway.. but they'll be secured cards.
