You can sign up for Experian Creditwach and Equifax Creditwatch to monitor your own credit. This will show you what to dispute and what is out there. It will allow you to check your credit several times a day if you would like and to see what is out there. It will tell will tell you what is derogatory on your report and what will help improve your score. They also give your FICO number so you can keep score. It is nice to be able to check your info and see who is checking it also. It also sends alerts when things change. Hopes this helps.
