Tis true what has been said about being 19 and NOT understanding being on the receiving end Collector. I'm 26 now and when I was 19, everything and do mean everything was just spick and span. My only concern was being with my lil boyfriend. But now 7 years later, a wonderful hard working husband and adoreable daughter later..IT'S REAL LIFE TIME.

I do respect the fact you admit what you do rather than trolling around. I just pray that since you enjoy your job so much and seem to plan on being in it for a loooong time that you gain something from this board.

Although YOU may be treating people with respect and following the rules..who's to say the person sitting right next to you working is doing the same.

Honestly, if it hadn't been for Why Chat taking some one on one with me..I don't know if I'd be here right now. Yes, these situations do get that ugly (just remember that with EVERY call you make). I was uninformed and didn't even know where to begin to handle my situation.

The ONE thing I do despise is when a collector tells you to just borrow money. If it was so easy to borrow thousands of dollars wouldn't someone have just borrowed that months payment and paid it. Believe me, most of us would rather not deal with collectors, but don't have the funds to get rid of them.
