I would go ahead and consolidate the student loans. The rate on student loans now is so low as to be almost non-existant (i.e. real IR = actual IR - inflation R). Those should be the last ones to worry about, so I think it makes sense to extend the payment time on those so you can attack the higher interest rates.

Just think about it, if one debt is at 24% and the other is at 4%, that is a 20% difference. Thats $200/year for every $1000 owed.
