From what I know so far some of the benefits are a reduced down payment and the VA guarantees a portion of the loan. Also if you are a certain percentage disabled you will not have to pay for certain fees. Looking for a home is still a little way down the road, but I am trying to find out as much info now. Thanks for your post.
