Thanks poor lawyer. I'm in Texas so, I know it's four years for SOL re: lawsuits. I just wasn't sure exactly when the clock started ticking. I think I got it now. The SOL is up, and only one more year for the CA to be wiped off my credit report. I've disputed the validity of the debt all along but, that didn't stop them from harrassing me.
