If they threaten to garnish and seize your property that is highly illegal. Get a tape recorder and microphone and tape their next call. I know people think I like to sue but good grief I would slap a lawsuit so fast on them their head would spin. They have no mercy with people and take people with SOL debts to court knowing they will not be properly served and I would turn the tables. Take em to the bank. NO MERCY.
