First, make sure the letter is official.

If it is, then talk to an attorney IMMEDIATELY.

An execution is a levy and sale of personal property. i.e. your TV, fridge, etc..

Somebody somewhere got a judgment against you and now they are trying to use that judgment to collect your property. They want the sheriff to come to your house and take your stuff to pay off the debt.

Call the sheriff (look up the number in the phone book, not on the letter, just to make sure), find out all you can about the judgment, who the plaintiff is, what court entered it, when it was entered, etc etc... Then talk to an attorney.
