Jorge, I am currently using the NetSpend Pre-paid Mastercard and I love it. I have not had any problems with the company, in fact they went to bat for me when I had difficulty with a rental car charge. To make a long story short, once I contacted NetSpend the money was credited back to my account within 48 hours. If you have any additional questions, feel free to e-mail me. Saundra
