student loan or not?

I have a CA telling me I have a student loan that is non-dischargeable and I assume outside the bounds of my state's SOL. I'm 99% sure these jerks are lying, but I'd like something evidentiary should it get nasty. What type of student loans are non-dischargeable and is there any resource that lists these types of loans [ lists a person's student loan accounts ]?
