What sort of lender are you dealing with? All reputable lenders will not underwrite a mortgage with a chargeoff showing on a credit report and these guys are rushing you to close so a judgment won't show? As to being sued, I think you're being hoodwinked. No creditor tells another creditor a cock and bull story like that. Come on!We're going to sue if we don't get half so by God let's hurry up and close so there won't be a judgment on your credit report at closing?

You're about to get totally reamed on closing cost and fees not to mention the interest rate and in 2 years that house will be in foreclosure and these guys will do it all over again. Get out of the subprime pool while you can.
