It depends on the job.
In general, unless your credit report shows you have tax liens, child support judgments, or other executable judgments, your record won't matter. If you will need to be bonded, or are in a job where you will be handling $$$ , some employers will pass you by. If you require State licensing for a job, you should get a sample of the application and see what it asks. Many companies will not hire someone with judgments, but will hire someone who has declared BK.
