I am a Loan Broker in California with 25 years experience dealing with credit and I can tell you how to stop them for good. Every state has a small claims court of some kind and you must file against them in that court. Gulf State does not want to waste their time and go to court. It plainly is not profitable to them. If everyone who had a problem with Gulf State would file a claim they would go Bankrupt fighting everyone. If you file they will call you within two weeks and you will talk to someone in their legal department who can fix your problem. Sometimes, Gulf State will ignore your suit and not show up for the hearing. You will then win a judgment which you can attach their bank account with. That will get their attention, I promise you. Also, if you need to find out their account number, send them a check for $5.00 and when you get the cancelled check it will give you the account number and the bank information necessary to attach their money.

I pass out this information for free because I know how these companies operate and they should be stopped. Also, by federal law they must stop calling you if you send them a letter stating that you do not want to be called at home or work.

Good Luck
