Judgements might not be on your credit report, but they usually turn up. The slug is right when he said their inquiry will keep you from getting credit. This debt is past the SOL in every state if it is a credit card. What they are doing is illegal. Do you have anything to prove how old the debts is? Have they put a derogatory entry on your report?
