Yeah, you seem pretty judgment proof. If the car is titled in both names, and there is a lien against it held by the bank during financing, nobody will touch it. If it is sold, the bank would get all the money. Anything that is left over would be split between you and your father, and then the creditor could take your remaining half, if any. It woudl be a costly and pointless procedure to try to take that car. Only other thing would be to try to garnish your wages. But those are low value debts. Basically not worth the cost of suing on them. I would get the overdrawn account cleaned up. That could really hurt you down the road. poor lawyer, esq.
