ok why chat . i think what your saying if im understanding this correctly is dont send in that sol letter until i get something more threatening from them . really all ive received from them & i dont know if i can call this a threat ( i wouldnt call it that i dont believe ) is a 30 day validation request saying IF i dont respond within 30 days they'll assume the debt is valid ( i did respond in that time frame crrr ) . 1 more question just to make sure im understanding correctly . im almost positive youve said that my last day of activaty is when the sol begins , is this correct or is it at chargeoff date which in my case is about 4 or 5 months later , just wanna be sure . well as always your great for what you do , your a very good person for helping , thankyou so much why chat :) bye kelly ............
