There is. There is a lawyer over on creditnet.com, a David Swazak (sp?) who is working on getting a class action suit up against CA's like CAMCO who re-age old expired-SOL debts. This guy is apparently one of the top lawyers in this field.. so if enough people are interested, the class action might actually happen.
