Help with getting a charge off my credit report

Here is the deal. I had a hospital bill when I was 17. The bill was in my mothers name and insurance was supposed to cover the rest of the bill from what we had payed. During that time the insurance company was bought out and we switched. Long story short, I ended up with a delinquency on my credit report from 2 of the 3 CA's. I had it successfully removed from my Experian report, but I disputed it with Trans Union and they didn't remove it. I gave them the same explanation as I did to Experian. Should I call them to talk with them? Mention that I had it removed by Experian?
