i see what your saying observor but like i say im not the smartest girl around but i have lots of common sense & common sense tells me that MAYBE the credit card industry should take a look at themselves & realize that just maybe its THEIR policy thats all wrong here . i mean if their all moaning & groaning ( even giving "contributions" to congressman to rewrite new bk laws thats of course written in the cc industries favor , by the way isnt that called a bribe , dunno just a thought )about people claiming bk & not paying their debts than like i say MAYBE a different approach is whats needed by them & not the crippling of people with ridiculas over limits fees AND 22 + % interest rates . just maybe it'll give LOTS of people a fighting chance to get out of debt , but oh wait a second , i forgot , thats what they love doing to their customers that they ALL fight over to get in the 1st place lol .. my bad , they dont REALLY want any of us out of debt & just 1 little hint that were having financial problems gives them that EXCUSE to rob us & jack up those rates under the pretence of being a "bad risk" so that they can make that few extra bucks .. like i say im not the smartest girl around but i have good eyes & i see what they do to ALL of us once we may be in trouble & thats just plain wrong anyway ya slice it . hey just my opinion though , wow i feel better now lol .. bye kelly ........
