Accts being Paid but Credit Bureaus wont update

These may seem like silly questions, but since I am paying through (consumer credit counseling) is it possible to find out what the minimum payment would have been to the creditor? 2. Once I find that out what the minimun payment would have been and if the amount is not too steep, can I ask (consumer credit counseling) to post this little bit extra to that particular account each month? 3. Also if you say yes, to question two (2)...as I pay the extra (if I can...can I challenge the credit bureaus to update my pay status or do I have to wait until I have finished the program completely to pursue this route?
