Husband's old loan - Levy on joint account

Just an update. Since my husdand has filed a motion to vacate judgement we have not heard anything. We are worried if this is a bad thing or a good thing that we have not heard anything. We have found out that the same company has a lot of law suits and class action suits against them. We found this in our newspaper of all things. Then when I went to the website of the activist group ACORN there was a whole lot of articles about the company there. Supposedly they gave out a lot of personal loans and charge ridiculous fees and interests rates at about 22 %. They also do not do personal loans anymore because of all these allegations. Totally outragous. I emailed ACORN and am waiting for a reply. Any suggestions on what to do from here is much appreciated.
