Observer. I head to your sceptasism. How ever let me say this. It is a Vacuum, This account and a car loan are the only debt I have. Other than that I've completely cleaned up my credit except for a vehicle that is posting as a repo from a bankruptcy coming up on seven years ago.I'm still trying to have that changed. Next of all I found out that it was just a collection guy not an attorney which called my wife making false accusations and attempting to get her to pay the returned auto pay right now. Well to make a long story short I called and informed them that they have not sent a letter as required by their state law and I have already quick collected their mesley 100 bucks to them. to me the 100 is nothing, it's the fact that some punk can call a person and make threats of prosecution whithout them being affiliated to an attornies department. This guy broke so many collection laws it is not funny. If I was looking to make a buck I could simply call my attorney and have them file a civil suit against them and suponia the recorded converstion. I'm sure I would win hands down in that case. As for them doing me a favor to allowing me to pay on my wifes debt. I will agree with you on that one as well. But at the same time what would they do, take me to court and sue my wife whom has no Job. They knew they couldn't get a dime out of her and that is why they never did anything on it. I don't believe any creditor out there would allow an account to go more than a year without a payment and not try and collect on it if they had a chance to. It seems to me that you are trying to state the same thing a bill collector would say. It's your fault this thing came back and we are going to arrest you. Ok, so the auto pay hit my account two days before my direct deposit. I could easily yell at my bank for retuning the auto pay as they new the funds would be available. Now see you act like I intentionally wrote a check that I knew would bounce. However it was an auto pay that has been coming out of my account for some time. I didn't intend for that to happen. My other point is that legally a person can not say the things he did, and by law they have send me in writing that the check was returned before they can contact me.
