WhyChat...THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just got up the nerve to call this collector and told him to stop calling because I have never gotten validation from them. Also told him if he didn't stop calling I would call my phone company and report them for illegal harassment, the FTC fraud hot line, and I would file a complaint with the sheriff's office. When I asked him for their physical address he said that I needed to contact the original creditor for a copy of the contract because his company had bought the debt and didn't have a copy of the contract. Does this mean I win? I think so! THANKS AGAIN!!
