Here's a VERY interesting article from the NOLO site on suing someone in a state other than the one they reside in. It seems to tell me that CAMCO filing in what is basically a 'hostile' state can be fought !

The issue is 'personal jurisdiction' , and from what NOLO is saying CAMCO is REALLY stretching it when they file in some far-off state just so they can win by default.
