congrats. feel good doesn't it? I am also happy someone took the time to come back here and post the results. Often people use it and never tell what happens and I sometimes wonder if it even works. Companies work on the basis you know nothing about your rights and will be apathetic to the cause. When you fight back they will usually fold unless the stakes are too high.
