hey , you guys seem to know the system way more than i do , i consider myself a novice & even though im learning LOTS from this board im still kinda naive concerning collections . my question is this , i thought once a credit card account was past the sol for the state they live in or maybe even have lived in & ya somehow notify the creditor of this ( camco or whomever ) via crrr thats it , i mean how can they legally come after ya anymore ??? this is what im not understanding here .. i mean again maybe im naive here but sounds by y'all's post that alot of people have complained about this camco & i mean how are they getting away with this MAJOR violation & getting judgements from sounds like really all over the country ??? even though this sites taught me lots in the 5 weeks ive been reading it guess i STILL have lots to learn becouse i dont get how they can do this becouse to get a judgement dosent a judge need to sign off on it & therefore he knows what there doing is wrong by being past sol ??? i guess they can pull a fast one depending on the day on a judge but i mean everyday to judges all over the country ?? i mean i dont get this part .. well thanx kelly ...........
