I am receiving harrassing calls at my home and work regarding a Visa account that was charged off back in 1991. I've asked CAMCO to cease calls to my home and business numbers, however once a day I'm still receiving calls from different collectors in CAMCO. I live in Maryland and need some direction regarding the SOL. I have researched this matter somewhat, however would greatly appreciate your input. Is the SOL expired on collecting this debt? This debt is no longer reported on my credit file from Esperian, Transunion or Equifax.
