Wait a minute with CAMCO hysteria

I want to clarify a few things for myself as I am seeing a lot of stuff here that makes little sense. CAMCO sent me a letter a month ago and I sent an immedite C&D back with RR. I told them that the SOL is long gone. I also warned not to even think of reaging my account as I will sue them. (I will. I have the means to do so unlike a decade ago when I was broke). I never got the RR back! Don't know why. Some people are saying that CAMCO may somehow get default judgements? If CAMCO wants to sue me for debt past SOL, they have to serve me and sue me in the state I live in at this time right? How can they get judgements without my knowledge, unless they serve me and I don't show up? Fortunately, I kep all my statements from 10 years ago and I have an absolute SOL defense. I checked my Experian CR and there is nothing derogatory there. I didn't check TU & Equifax. Has CAMCO tried to reage old accounts? Which credit reports do they do it on? Thanks.
