components of a settlement agreement?

what are the critical components of a settlement agreement? (1) status of account - deletion if possible
(2) agreed amount is payment in full to resolve matter
(3) "close"? matter with CA and OC and do not transfer to another CA or allow OC to reassign to another acct no.
(4) what else? I feel like I am missing something...
